Onanon’s In-house 32 CNC Work Centers are available to machine custom insulators to your specifications.

Insulators can be built using the following technologies;
Custom Connectors
Any Engineered Plastic can be used to build an Insulator from Fish Paper to Glass Filled Materials to Ceramic substrate.
Multiple materials can be laminated together.
Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) can be added to all or select areas of the insulator.
Test Sockets  
Unlimited size or shape.
Any drill size from .002.
Blind pockets and cutouts.
Board to Board
Epoxy bumps and patterns can act as stand-offs.
Threaded Inserts, Pins or Contacts.
